Gather your family and friends for a meaningful day at LAUREN'S LAP, an event and race dedicated to raising awareness and support for victims of relationship violence and stalking. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, there's something for everyone. But this event is more than just a run – it's about coming together as a community to address these critical issues.
A Distance For Everyone: 1K, 5K or 10K, you choose. Run or walk our fast, flat course, skirting the prestigious Wasatch Mountain front and University of Utah’s iconic landmarks.
University Mascots: Interact with beloved university mascots, adding excitement and joy to the event for attendees of all ages.

8:00 AM – 9:30 AM - Registration and Late Packet Pick-up / Music and General Announcements Begin
9:30 AM – 9:55 AM - Welcome and Opening Ceremony Begins
10:00 AM - START OF 5K & 10K
10:10 AM - START OF 1K KIDS AND FAMILY WALK/RUN
10:30 AM - Mascot Photo Booth Opens
11:15 AM - Closing Remarks
11:30 AM - Award Ceremony and Course Cut-off
