Twin Lakes Splash and Dash

Get a lake swim in before your fall Ironman at our Splash and Dash at Twin Lakes located at 19230 Morris Avenue, Manvel, Texas. Enjoy two distance for both the swim and run at this beautiful lake. We will offer a 550 meter swim followed by a 1 mile run or a 1000 meter swim followed by a 2 mile run.

Each athlete will receive an event shirt and medal.
