The Music Box Theater

Our History:

Since 1988 Radio Music Theatre has provided a venue in this space for people to enjoy great sketch comedy and live music in a custom-tailored state of the art performing facility.  As fans and proteges of RMT, we at The Music Box strive to continue the legacy of quality live musical entertainment and comedy in our own original way.  We think Houstonians deserve a consistent, dependable place to relax, have a drink or two, laugh, and hear great live music.  Comprised of 5 professional Houston-based actor-singers, The Music Box Theater will write and produce four 2 act comedies each year, centered around popular music from across the decades.  It's songs you know sung by people you should know, and we've got something for everybody.
