HOUSTON, Texas (Oct. 9, 2024)– Tanger Outlets Houston is kicking off Halloween with a Festival of Frights on Saturday, Oct. 26 from noon – 2 p.m. presented by UTMB Health. Guests are invited to dress in costume to debut their Halloween looks with a special selfie photo opportunity. Families can enjoy live music, ghoulish games, prizes, face painting and trick-or-treating (while supplies last). Plus, meet favorite spooky costumed characters for an afternoon of frightful fun for the whole family!
