The Harlingen Police Department (HPD) is honored to host the 10th Annual Run With the Heroes RGV 5k Run/Walk on Saturday, October 12, 2023 starting at 8:00 a.m. in the Harlingen Downtown District on West Jackson Avenue and “A” Street.
