Run, Walk, Stroll for LIFE
Join us in Decatur, TX on October 12th, for our 3rd annual Run-Walk-Stroll for Life 2024! This family-friendly event includes both a 1 mile Fun Run and a 5K, inflatables for the kids, food trucks, and a stroller decorating contest. Fun Run begins at 8:00 AM and 5K will start at 8:30 AM. Top male & female finisher awards in Fun Run for children aged 11 and under, and 5K ages 12 and up. All participants will receive finisher medals. Registration due by September 30th to guarantee T-shirt. Race day registration on site without T-shirt guarantee. We will have our Stork Tent again this year to stuff with donations of diapers, baby toys, baby clothes, and monetary donations. Wise Choices PRC believes in LIFE for all, so make a 'wise choice' and come run, walk, or stroll for Life!
In addition to all the family fun activities, the Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Future mobile unit will be onsite during and after the races to provide FREE dental screening and educational activities for children 12 and younger. Registration for the Run-Walk-Stroll is NOT required to participate in the kid's area or the dental screenings.
