Run the Runway

ConocoPhillips presents Run the Runways 5k and 1 mile (both timed events) in partnership with the City of Midland to kick off the 3rd annual Fly into Fall event at the Midland Airpark. We will continue to include our only TIMED 1 mile event on the fastest runway in town... You heard right!! The course is again ON THE RUNWAY!

 Fly into Fall is a family-oriented event that hopes to bring interest and awareness to the Midland Airpark operations with a long-term vision of inspiring future pilots, mechanics and other aviation personnel to enter this lucrative field. This event will have various aircraft and classic car displays, airport fire truck demonstration, discovery flights, pre- flight simulation, Meet a Hero, face painting, food trucks, coffee, jumpers and much more! 

Did we mention the City of Midland Fly into Fall event (starts 9:00am) is FREE & open to the public!? So, let's RUN then stick around for a FUN FILLED time at the Midland Airpark!! 

Event Schedule:

Packet Pick Up 6:30- 7:45am

1 mile begins at 7:45am

5k begins at 8:05am

Fly into Fall event begins at 9:00am
