Their omelets come as “create-your-owns,” with nine cheeses, seven meats, and 11 vegetables to choose from.

Panchos and Gringos Deli, San Antonio, TX

Just because Panchos and Gringos Deli is a budget option doesn’t mean they skimp on the flavor. Their huge omelets make up a sizable part of the breakfast menu and are at least one of the many reasons why customers keep coming back for more. Customers note the great customer service, too.

Andy’s Kitchen, Corpus Christi, TX
