New Year Celebration Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is an intuitive movement based expression exercise with few cues.

The practice will ebb and flow to a curated set played by a live DJ. The playlist will have a rising and flowing energy culminating into a peak - then transitioning into stillness to finish off with a meditation/śhavãsana and sound vibration healing.

Upon check in, there is an opportunity to socialize with the community.

The cacao lounge is next door if you would like to purchase a cup of cacao to experience additional heart opening.

There will be a brief description of the class and container rules and an opportunity to ask questions before leading into movement.

Container rules include:
- No shoes
- No talking
- Consent & respect required for interacting with anyone during the practice
- There is a space provided to congregate/talk
- Flow toys welcome but not provided
- No drugs/alcohol
