Come join us for the first annual Mental Health and Heroes 5K, 10K and One Mile FUN RUN on Saturday March 22, 2025.
Mental Health for Heroes 10K
( Starts at 7:00AM) A competitive run open to all ages, timing chips are attached to the race bibs, results are recorded when you cross the finish line. Awards are based on specific age groups.
Mental Health for Heroes 5K
TIMED 5K:(Starts at 7:15AM) A competitive run open to all ages, timing chips are attached to the race bibs, results are recorded when you cross the finish line. Awards are based on specific age groups.
UNTIMED 5K: (Starts at 7:20AM) This is for those who don't care about their official time but want to participant in the 3.1-mile distance.
One Mile FUN RUN (Starts 7:25AM) This non-competitive run is perfect for beginners, young families, or others who want to experience the excitement of race day without the pressure of a timed race.
