Cars and Coffee San Antonio

Cars and Coffee SAN ANTONIO is a car meet defined as an informal gathering of auto enthusiasts who come together to showcase their vehicles, share experiences, and connect with others that share the same passion. It is not an auto show with entry fees, competitions, or awards. To create a safe family-oriented environment, burnouts, drifting, revving, loud music, pets (non-service animals) and drones are not allowed. There are other official events which are better suited for those activities.

Cars and Coffee SAN ANTONIO is an event produced by Cars and Community Inc which is a nonprofit 501c3 and run by volunteers who are NOT compensated for their time. They work with local charities to enable attendees to give back to the community. Their passion for cars and seeing the smiles of the attendees is their reward.

***IMPORTANT NOTES & RULES***
1. Main gates on Six Flags Dr. open at 6:30am for all attendees.
2. The event is free. However, if you arrive 9:15am or later you'll pay a Six Flags parking fee.
3. Parking is first come, first serve despite make/model designations on map.
4. Only Approved Service Animals are allowed, no dogs/pets or ESA are allowed on site. (Service vests highly recommended to avoid any misunderstanding or service collar) Violation of this will be cause for removal. You may return to event without pet.
5. Any advertising, soliciting, marketing in any form is strictly prohibited except by the Sponsors of the event. Violation of this will be cause for removal. (No passing out car show flyers or business cards) Show Cars with Sponsor/Modification list decals are acceptable. Promoting Business decal on vehicle is not allowed in Show Car area, however may still attend and park in Spectator area. If you would like to promote your business, please send an email to carsandcoffeesanantonio@gmail.com to receive Sponsor information.
6. Exhibition of speed, burnouts, "donuts" are strictly prohibited on Six Flags property & is cause for an immediate ban.
7. No Revving allowed, no loud music playing (as determined by staff). Violation of this will be cause for removal from event
8. There are 6 parking areas. Spectators, Show Cars, Exotics, Premium, Classics & High Performance Sports Cars.
9. Show Car, Exotics, Classics & High Performance Sports Cars parking are free unless a charity is being hosted. If you're planning to park in these areas during a hosted charity you must bring a donation (see the Event invite for what to bring). Premium is paid and your spot is reserved for 5 to 10 months along with early entry into the park (email carsandcoffeesanantonio@gmail.com for more info).
10. PARKING AREAS
- Show Cars: It is not up to C&CSA staff to determine what constitutes a 'show car'. You choose when you pull up to the juncture of parking in the Spectator area or Show Car area.
- EXOTICS: C&CSA defines exotics for the purposes of this event as the following makes/models: Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Ferrari, Ford GT, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Maserati MC20, McLaren, Mercedes models: AMG GT Black Series, SLS, Pagani, Porsche models: Carrera GT, 918 Spyder, GT2(RS), 992 GT3RS, GT4RS & Spyder, Rolls Royce or cars pulled by event staff. Upon approach to the Main Entrance stay to the far left for ingress via the gate immediately after the entrance, see map.
-PREMIUM: Paid parking (all proceeds to go to the non-profit Cars & Community, Inc)
-CLASSICS: Any vehicle made 1979 and earlier.
-HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORTS CARS: Acura NSX, Audi R8, Jaguar Project 8, Lotus, Mercedes AMG GT-R & GT-R Pro, Porsche: 991 GT3, GT3RS, GT3 Touring, GT4, Turbo(S), Sport Classics, Viper, Chevy Corvette ZR1
11. No congregating at the exit on or off Fiesta Texas property or off I10 and La Cantera Parkway.
