Swinging Bridge Trail Run
Please remember that all RunningLane Events trail races are "cupless races." You must have a hand held bottle, pack or or reusable cup as there won't be any paper cups at the aid stations to cut down on waste. If you don't have a reusable cup, there is the option to buy a RunningLane reusable cup at checkout for $5.

Tims Ford State Park is a magnificent 2,200+ acre park with over 15 miles of single track trails! Tims Ford State Park is one of the most beautiful state parks in the entire southeast. Beautiful lake views, several bridge crossings, a mixture silky smooth & technical single track, you're going to have a blast running along the lake shoreline.
