Registration Deadline: October 22, 2024
Delve into the exciting world of pickling and fermentation with Liz Alpern of Brooklyn's own Gefilteria. Participants will get hands-on and make their own jar of pickles. We'll explore the important role that pickles play in Ashkenazi Jewish cooking and culture —and global cuisine as a whole. You'll never see a jar of pickles the same way again!
