The Cowpea Cook-off is open to five professional chefs who will provide creative entries using a variety of cowpeas provided by Bush's Beans. The entries will be judged by festival-goers who purchase a souvenir spoon that includes a tasting ticket. Spoon holders will have the opportunity to vote one time for their favorite dish. Tasting Tickets are available for purchase for $5 at the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, the Hiwassee River Heritage Center or at the festival on September 14.
