Firecracker 5K

We are so fortunate to enjoy the beauty of the lake and the company of friends and family.  

We have begun organizing the 16th Annual Firecracker 5K Fundraiser.  The recipient of the following scholarship has been selected by a committee of your Deerfield Community. Because of your generosity and race support, the Firecracker 5k at Deerfield Committee will be giving one $10,000.00 scholarship to a very deserving young senior. Jesiah Torres met all of our scholastic achievement and community involvement requirements. But, more importantly – he met our need requirements.  The $2500 he will receive for four years is essential to his realization of his higher education goals.
