Fiddlin' Fun 5K
The City of Morristown’s Parks and Recreation Department will host the Fiddlin’ Fun 5k fun run/walk on Main Street. The run will begin at East Tennessee Diamond at 8 am and will follow the standard 5k route.
The registration fee is $35, and participants can register online or on location at 7:00 am. The race/walk will be timed by “We Run Faster”. Awards will be given for first place and runner up; categories are designated as 9 and under, ages 10-15, 16-20, 21-40,41-60 and 61 plus. Participants will receive a shirt and Fiddlin’ 5k token. This year’s shirt design was created by a local artist at East High School. Serenity Beoge did a great job capturing the enthusiasm for the event in her character.
