Coalfield Lady Jackets HiveK - 5k and Fun Run

Come support the Lady Yellow Jackets Basketball Team with the 1st annual 5k and 1 mile fun run. There’s no better time then the morning of our local Coalfield Homecoming weekend! 100% of proceeds go to the Lady Jackets Basketball team.

Packet pickup will start at 7am on 10/12.

The run will start out in our local hive, better known as our Coalfield ballpark. For those that want to keep it in the park and off any roads, signup for the one mile fun run but if you’re looking for some friendly competition you’ll want to run the 5k for a fairly flat and fast course.

One of a kind awards made by our local stem class will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers in the 5k. The top three overall finishers of the fun run will also receive a one-of-a-kind award. This is the best way to kickoff the homecoming festivities! After the race, grab a good seat to watch our annual Homecoming Parade and then visit the ballpark to see all the vendors and get some food. This race will take place rain or shine!!

There will be no timer chips for this race. Race times will be manually taken.
