First Course

Choice of:
-Tuna Sashimi, onion ash, passion fruit gel, coconut, citrus, chive oil, browned butter-soy salt
-Smoked Red Beet Tartare, julienne frites, truffled aioli, carrot top persillade
-Rise Sourdough Tartine, house-cultured butter, bourbon liver mousse, smoked sea salt, radish, pickled shallot, fines herbes

Second Course

-Herb Spaetzle, house sauerkraut, roast pork, smoked paprika jus
