"Meat and Greet" July 4th Cookout and Pitmaster Party

Join us next Thursday, July 4th for "Meat and Greet" — five Fireforge family Pitmasters  and  fun from 12 to 7 p.m. Plus, live music with the b and  Highway 25 featuring classic rock stadium from 3 to 5 p.m.  and , save room for Pool Honeys Peach Milkshake IPA, which will also be available starting July 4th!

We'll be releasing the food menu throughout the day as our myriad of smoked  and  grilled delights are ready. Tentative Menu:

Meats: Served with house-made Bread and Butter Pickles  and  assorted sauces
- St. Louis Style Ribs
- Baby Back Ribs
- Chicken
- BBQ Pork Shoulder
- Smoked and Fried Wings with Alabama white sauce
- Beef Tongue Taco with onion, cilantro, tomatillo and avocado salsa
- Octopus and Potato Skewer

- Creamy Coleslaw with carrots and celery seed
- Nick's Artichoke Mac 'n' Cheese
