Hansel and Gretel - Engelbert Humperdinck's interpretation of the classic German fairytale -- an opera to delight audiences of all ages. Against a whimsical background of folk songs, two siblings overcome their own foibles to face the darkness of the forest and outwit the schemes of an alluring witch.
