Route: Golf Carts Will Turn Onto 16th Ave North To Ocean Boulevard And Parade Down To 16th Ave South. At The Conclusion Of The Golf Cart Parade, All Participants Are Encouraged To Meet At Neal & Pam's For The Winners' Announcements. Must Be Present To Win! Mayor Krouse Will Announce The Winners, Award Prizes, And Take Photos With Them.
