Foothills Philharmonic

The mission of the FOOTHILLS PHILHARMONIC  is to enrich the lives of the residents of the Upstate region of South  Carolina through quality performances of fine orchestral literature.  Through outreach programs, our volunteer members work with young adults,  the goal being to foster an appreciation and love for music and the  arts. In conjunction with other organizations, we assist in fulfilling  the needs of the community.
