The Star of the Show: Apple Butter

The heart of the festival is the cooking and jarring of 120 gallons of apple butter, made right here on campus using a treasured Hiler Family Recipe. Don't miss the chance to grab a jar of this delicious, homemade apple butter and take home a piece of OCA tradition!
