Blackstone Valley Prep 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run

Blackstone Valley Prep’s 10th Annual 5K Run/Walk & Kids’ Fun Run Sponsored by Peregrine is an opportunity for scholars, families, staff, and members of the community to come together to enjoy a fun-filled morning celebrating health and wellness. The 5K Run/Walk is open to members of the general public. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome, so bring the whole family!

Prior to the start of the 5K Run/Walk, scholars in grades 4 and under can take part in stretches and a short “fun run” led by a BVP Physical Education instructor.

Day-of registration is available, although t-shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis so preregistration is strongly encouraged. All proceeds benefit Blackstone Valley Prep Athletics.

Event Schedule:

8:00 a.m. – Bib/t-shirt pickup & day-of registration begins at the Daggett Farm Staging Area located within Slater Park

8:45 a.m. – Pre-race Announcements

9:00 a.m. – Kids’ Fun Run

9:15 a.m. – BVP 5K Run/Walk

8:00 to 10:30 a.m. – Health and Wellness Activities for Children

*Please note vehicles arriving after 8:45 a.m. MUST park in the lot closest to the park’s entrance in order to keep the course clear for the Kids’ Fun Run.
