Tanger Outlets Hershey to Host Plaza Walk Grand Opening Celebration
HERSHEY, Penn. (June 3, 2024) –Tanger Outlets Hershey invites the community to join the grand opening celebration of the newly renovated center and plaza walk on Saturday, June 8, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Highlights of the event include live music by popular local band Smooth Like Clyde, complimentary samples from the Kona Ice Truck, balloon artistry, face painting, glitter tattoos, outdoor games, giveaways and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
With the recently completed renovations, Tanger Hershey furthers its commitment to providing the best-in-class retail experience for Dauphin County and surrounding communities. Upgrades include cosmetic enhancements to modernize the center’s exterior and fresh amenities to create a thriving community hub, including a new gathering space, walkways, seating areas and more.
“Our goal is to continually elevate the guest experience for shoppers,” said Bob Ancharski, Marketing Director at Tanger Hershey. “We invite the community to celebrate our fresh look and new plaza walk, which creates an inviting outdoor space for visitors of all ages to gather, play, shop and dine.”
Recent store openings at the center include Oakley, Puma, Perfuroma, Hot Topic and Zumiez, which joined the lineup this month. The specialty retailer of action sports-related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories is located between Puma and Aeropostale in a 2,500-square-foot space.
