Pittsburgh Silent Film Festival

This year's Pittsburgh Silent Film Festival (PSFF) features 1924 centennial films - all films marking their 100th anniversary in 2024.  Ten films will show at seven venues, all featuring live musical accompaniment - from comedy to horror to documentary - we hope you find one or several that you'd like to attend.  Our thanks to all our festival partners and musicians.

Strike (1924-25) - the Soviet silent propaganda film directed and edited by Sergei Eisenstein.
Presented on 16mm film with original live score by The Ill Fitting Party and Body of Research.
