PHLT's 40th Anniversary Celebration

All are invited for an evening of celebration as we commemorate four decades of preserving the natural beauty and heritage of the Pocono Mountains.

From its beginning as an all-volunteer grassroots organization to the current staff of four protecting almost 5,000 acres, Pocono Heritage Land Trust has become a force for local conservation.

Come celebrate 40 years of land conservation as we look forward to continuing the protection of our beloved Pocono landscape.

Guest Speaker: Bud Cook
Lifelong conservationist
Bud Cook retired from 41 years on The Nature Conservancy staff in NJ, PA, the Pocono Mountains and Latin America. He was a catalyst for the Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge and Kittatinny Ridge land conservation coalition, and has helped grassroots coalitions raise more than $100 million in county and municipal conservation funds.
