Performance - 'The C-Word: Personal Stories of Triumph Over Breast Cancer'

Discover the Strength and Resilience of Breast Cancer Survivors.​ Join us in exploring the extraordinary journeys of individuals who have faced the challenges of breast cancer with courage and resilience.

Each performance is a unique testament to the empowering stories it represents, yet their shared triumphs create a narrative that unites us all. Originally developed through interviews with 22 remarkable women, choreographer Mark Roxey, along with the songwriting team Robert Maggio and Matthew Hardy, used music, dance, and spoken word to capture the essence of the survivors' lives and stories.

Our healing arts project has thrived thanks to partnerships with esteemed organizations such as Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton Foundation, D&R Greenway, Grounds for Sculpture, and the Breast Cancer Resource Center and many more.
