Join the Free Library and Penn Medicine to learn about sleep health. Learn how factors such as mood and environment affect a good night’s sleep. Our presenter is Dr. Jen Goldschmied, a licensed clinical psychologist and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry of the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
