New Year's Eve Gentle Yoga

We hope that if you typically cannot make it during the weekdays, you will be able to take a break from the holiday hustle and join us for our last yoga class of 2024 at River Run Healing Arts!

This all-levels appropriate vinyasa-style yoga class will center around the theme "New Year: Reflecting Back, Looking Forward." Class will gently flow to a backdrop of songs pertinent to the theme as we stretch and breathe our way into the New Year!

Investment $10 for drop-ins or use your River Run December class pass. No pre-registration necesssary.

Please dress comfortably for movement, and bring a water bottle. A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow on a FCFS basis, but please bring your own if you are able.
