Labor Day Pump and Run 5k

The Northern Blair County Recreation Center 16th Annual Labor Day Pump & Run 5k Race     

*Race Starts Promptly at 8:30am*

The Pump & Run offers a unique twist to our race. Runners are able to reduce their time by lifting weight based on a percentage of their body weight and age. Runners are allowed to lift up to 30 reps, knocking 30 seconds off for each rep. 

The race is held on NBCRC property which includes the Ray Amato Walking Trail and surrounding fields as well as the neighboring development.
