Ice Cream For Breakfast

Start off Fourth of July with ice cream for breakfast at Chloe's Creamery in downtown Warren, PA. We will feature specialty ice cream flavors, toppings, and sundaes. Ice cream for breakfast will be from 9 am until Noon, with our regular menu to follow until 3:00 pm. If you love waffles, donuts, french toast, cereal, or bacon you won't want to miss this event!
