Graceful Strides 5K Run/Walk
Graceful Strides, the annual 5K Run/ Walk event hosted by Grace Chapel Community Church, unites participants of all fitness levels, from seasoned runners to casual walkers, for a day of physical activity and community camaraderie. Whether you're striving for a personal best or seeking a more relaxed pace, there's a welcoming spot for everyone at Graceful Strides. Plus, by joining us, you're supporting a meaningful cause—100% of all proceeds benefit the Mercer County Food Bank. Their mission is to provide supplemental food to those who are hungry and to raise awareness of hunger throughout Mercer County.
As we come together for this event, we are reminded of the words of Matthew 25:35-36, "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me."
