Bodies in Motion Reception

Join us for the public reception of Bodies in Motion at the 20*20 House in Lansdowne

The Lansdowne Art Committee is thrilled to present Bodies in Motion, on view at the 20*20 House in Lansdowne, PA, from September 21 to December 1. Bodies in Motion features work by Linda Hollinger, Mark Rice, Lauren Rinaldi, Kait Schnorbus, Alex Spalding, and Noel Yheaulon, artists investigating the human condition through constructions of form and frame. Their works, from cartoonish vignettes and epic landscapes to limbs emerging from the ether, move the human body through states of varying scale and clarity, negotiating a relationship between environment and self.

Public gallery hours are Saturdays and Sundays, noon - 4 pm.

This exhibition is organized by the Lansdowne Art Committee, a volunteer group of The Lansdowne Economic Development Corporation. The mission of the Lansdowne Arts Committee is to create, foster, and promote Lansdowne's identity as a vibrant and inspiring artistic community. The Lansdowne Art Committee is dedicated to nurturing creative expression, enhancing community engagement, stimulating economic growth, preserving and celebrating Lansdowne's diversity, and cultivating arts education and access.

The 20*20 House is a Lansdowne Borough-owned property. Originally a residential home built in the early 19th century, the 20*20 House has been transformed into a community space with gallery spaces on 2 floors, a dedicated workshop space, as well as a yoga studio.
