Stride 5k Run and Walk

Participate in one or all of the STRIDE run/walk events, taking place in some of Salem’s most loved parks. These events are open to all ages and abilities.

Strollers and dogs on a leash are welcome.

Bibs are available on event day, or when pre-registering in person.

Events in Bush’s Pasture and Wallace Marine Park utilize soft and hard trails
