Metropolis the Musical

This 2024 version of Metropolis the Musical is about true love conquering all obstacles. A unique and exciting storyline with beautiful music and visuals that has something for everyone. This will be an unforgettable, must-see show unlike any before it. 

In 2023 Metropolis became public domain. In December 2023 Tracey Ward, after 45 years of doing theatre and film work, acquired the copyright to do “Metropolis the Musical “ using not only the film made by Fritz Lang in 1927, but also Giorgio Moroder’s 1984 version. This will be the first time EVER, the story will be told in the manner it was conceived. Music from the 1984 film will be mixed with new music and lavish dance numbers. The visuals of the 1927 Fritz Lang version will be used as backdrop for the play staying as close to the original story as possible, because we can!
