Alpenfest, Joseph, OR

Joseph’s Alpenfest is a celebration of Alpine culture, held in Oregon’s Little Switzerland. Festivities include polka music, folk dancing, alphorn music and Swiss yodeling. Enjoy traditional bratwurst, sauerkraut, and seasonal beer.

St. Josef Grapestomping Festival, Canby, OR

Join the fine folks of St. Josef’s Vineyards and Winery for their annual grape stomping festival. The festival includes “stomping in a 1,200-gallon Oak barrel that holds the equivalent 5,000 bottles of wine, lively music and food in a casual, relaxed European atmosphere.” We don’t know about you, but it sounds like a ton of fun to us.

Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire, Kings Valley, OR

Recreate history at the Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire, held in the aptly named King Valley. Become part of the “interactive living history village” with over 1,000 other costumed players. This is the only fair of its kind in Oregon, and offers unique food, crafts, and activities.
