In October 2004 Doug Fir opened its doors and made a dramatic impact on Portland's music scene - and its lower Burnside neighborhood.   Located just east of the downtown core, Doug Fir features a state of the art concert venue that is unlike any live music room in Portland.  Conveying a new twist on the Northwest aesthetic, Doug Fir is swank, yet comfortable the interior of the club draws on 50's modernism with generous original woodwork, one-of-a-kind glass design and a full range menu spanning breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night.
