Warrior's Rest 5K and Ruck

Warrior's Rest and the Muskogee Fraternal Order of Police welcomes you to run the Warrior's Rest 5k & Ruck on October 12th at the Depot Green in Muskogee.  

Schedule:

5k Run/Walk at 8:00 am
9.25 Mile Ruck at 9:00 am

Participants are encouraged to take on the BRICK, running the 5k at 8:00 and taking on the RUCK at 9:00.

All the proceeds from this event will go towards Warrior's Rest Goal of supporting the emotional and physical health of first responders

Awards:

5k Awards: Medals to the top 3 Male and Female in each 5k age group, Trophies for overall Top 3 Male and Females.
 
Ruck Awards: Finishers Medal to all Ruck Finishers

Brick Awards: Custom Finishers Brick to participants who comoplete the 5k and Ruck.
