This Fall, we’ll have you seeing Red, and we’re not talking about the leaves on our trees, or the amazing Oklahoma sunsets. We’re talking about our Red Dirt music party on Choctaw Ave
Come one, come all to our November 09 Dancing Rabbit Music Festival featuring the best of Oklahoma red dirt musicians. With headliners The Great Divide, we’ll also be welcoming The Damn Quails, Red Dirt Rangers and Noah Bowman.
Noah Bowman
We couldn’t call it the greatest show in S.E. Oklahoma if we didn’t offer spectacular surprises, so this year, we’re unveiling our November 9 show this week. Kicking off our November #DRMF is Noah Bowman. Southern Oklahoma natives Noah Bowman and brothers Trevor and Devin Dart have joined forces to form this band, and these Okies bring a lot to the table. Red dirt with the amplified sound of rock and roll, they’re helping us start this Fall show off the right way.
Red Dirt Rangers
Up next for our Fall #DRMF is a group that needs no introduction. We welcomed them last year to our red dirt spectacular and we just had to have them back. The Red Dirt Rangers have been carrying the banner for Red Dirt music since the late 80s. We love their “anything goes” form of Red Dirt, as they’ve made their own genre. Make your way to Choctaw Ave. to see our friends, The Red Dirt Rangers on November 09.
The Damn Quails
This next group is rooted in red dirt. But not only that, they are as Oklahoma as the red buds, the sunsets and the birds on the prairies. Our next group, The Damn Quails have their roots in the Red Dirt music scene of Oklahoma. In the decade since releasing “Down the Hatch,” they have toured the country and beyond, soaking up stage time and adding depth to their live performance. Watching their chemistry and live performance is a sight to see. Come one come all to Choctaw Ave.
The Great Divide
Headlining our Fall #DRMF is a group that needs no introduction, as they’ve come to establish themselves as the torchbearer of Oklahoma’s red dirt scene. Festival friends, we are excited to welcome to the #DRMF stage, The Great Divide. Taking the stage on November 9, we’ll be turning Choctaw Ave into a red dirt party. We’ll see you this Fall festival friends.
