Orange Dirt Trail Series

Lake McMurtry Friends Orange Dirt Trail Series will be held on Saturday. Day-of registration and the start/finish will be at the East Recreation Area Pavilion. Registration will be from 5:30am until 15 minutes before that distance’s start. Choose from a variety of distances ranging from 5K up to the Marathon. All proceeds go to Lake McMurtry Friends trail maintenance efforts. Invite your friends and join us for a day of trails and fun! Snacks and drinks will be available post-race for participants. The East Recreation Area will be closed to the general public for the event.

Schedule:

7:00 AM: Marathon start
7:30 AM: Half Marathon start
8:00AM: 10K start
8:30AM: 5K start

Course Info:

Race start/finish line location: Beside the East Side pavilion.

All races are out and backs utilizing the blue, green, red, and yellow trails. Final course maps will be emailed out the Monday before race weekend. 5K/10K take place on the Yellow trail, the half marathon takes place on the yellow and red trails, and the full marathon takes place on the yellow, red, green, and blue trails.

Awards:

All participants will receive a cool Finisher's Medal!
Awards ceremony following each race.  Awards to top three finishers in Female, Non-Binary, and Male categories.
Awards MUST be picked up by winners following the race. They will NOT be mailed.
