Newcastle Public Library
Managed by the Pioneer Library System which services Cleveland, McClain and Pottawatomie Counties, the Newcastle Public Library is located at 705 NW 10th Street.
In September 1980, the Newcastle Board of Trustees met in a special session and approved the creation of a town library across from the Fire Station, near City Hall. In February, 1982, the Newcastle Public Library was dedicated and officially opened. In February, 2004, the library moved to a brand new facility that is part of a community center for the town.
