Broken Bow Lake

Broken Bow Lake is located in southeast Oklahoma near the town of Broken Bow.  This wonderfully scenic lake is located near the Texas and Arkansas borders and is roughly a three hour drive from Dallas, Texas.  Broken Bow Lake is a well-established weekend destination for lake goers all over the south.  There are plenty of cabins for rent around the lake area (not right on the lake) making this a wonderful vacation destination.

Broken Bow Lake is a very scenic area as the lake sits at the foothills of the Kiamichi Mountains and is surrounded by Ouachita National Forrest.  Broken Bow Lake is a good sized lake covering around 14,000 surface acres.
