Union County Veterans Day Celebration

Veterans Day, in November, reminds us of "all veterans" who have served or are serving.

Bruce “Bo” Johnstone, Docent Director of Union County Historical Society will be the Master of Ceremonies. Pavers purchased during the year will be dedicated. This year’s honoree for Voice from the Stone will be Private First Class Roland E. Plamer, United States Marine Corps who died of wounds on February 21, 1945 at Iwo Jima. Also speaking will be Marine Veteran, Jermaine Ferguson.
