Join us for our annual St. Augustine Health Ministries Charity Golf Outing, Tee off for Compassion on Monday, September 16^th at Legacy at Sweetbriar Golf Club. Enjoy a round of golf, raffles, prizes, drinks, and fun, followed by a delicious steak or clambake dinner. Not a golfer? Join us for dinner at approximately 3pm - your choice of steak or clambake for a $40 donation.

As a charitable organization we rely on our community friends and partners to provide essential services and programs at St. Augustine Health Campus and Holy Family Hospice. Your support will help us continue our mission of caring for older adults, those with complex medical needs, and individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses.
