Sonnenberg Station Concert

St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church will host a free public concert by Sonnenberg Station.

Sonnenberg Station, a 16-member men’s ensemble, derives its name from a landmark in the Sonnenberg Valley northeast of Kidron, Ohio. They weave a thread of local culture to an area where many of their ancestors lived.

Without amplification, they include many singing traditions including high church, mountain spirituals, sea chanteys, big city gospel, and folk music, focusing on the timeless power and beauty found in the transformative act of singing.
