• Jane Ridenour joined the Bowling Green American Legion Auxiliary Unit 45 in 2002 becoming active in suport of her Vietnam veteran husband., David Ridenour and his involvment in the Legion, VFW and service on the Wood County Veteran Service Commission.

John Murphy, Retired Marine/Air Force Vietnam Veteran

• John C. Murphy served his country for 22 1/2 years of military service that includes 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, were he served in Vietnam with the 3rd Marine Division.
