Kent Heritage Fesitval on July 6th

This year’s festival will include

- Live music and entertainment on two stages
- A children’s play and activities area
- Local food trucks
- The classic car show
- Fireworks at dark
- Information booths featuring local non-profit organizations
- Vendor booths featuring local artisan wares/small businesses
- The Kent Jaycees Ducks River Race event

and, of course, our downtown Kent restaurants the Haymaker Farmers’ Market, breweries, coffee shops, art galleries, retail shops, DORA, and more!

Ducks River Race

As part of the Kent Heritage Festival, The Kent Jaycees drop over 2,000 plastic ducks that have been bet on off the Main Street Bridge. These ducks float down to Tannery Park, and the first ducks to cross the finish line win a variety of prizes! The ducks are dropped from the Main Street Bridge over the Cuyahoga River at 6:00pm, thanks to the Kent Fire Department.

This is our 26th year, and we look forward to sharing it with you and your family. Buy a duck now and bring your family to the festival for games, food, crafts and more!

One Grand Prize Winner will win $1,000, with a variety of other prizes available. Winners do not need to be present to win, and will be notified after July 6th via email or phone.

Car Show

Last year, we had the largest participation ever at the car show with 100+ cars and trucks! With thousands of people traveling in for the event, it is sure to be a grand time.
