July 4th Fireworks

The City of Worthington Independence Day Fireworks will blast off on Thursday, July 4, 2024.

Spectators are urged to plan ahead to walk or bike to the event - Parking Extremely Limited

Continuing construction at Thomas Worthington High School is limiting space for parking and spectators and the Rotary Family Picnic is not scheduled this year. Gates will be open beginning at 9pm with the fireworks blasting off at 10pm.

Fireworks Viewing Locations
Seating at the stadium will be in the grandstands, with extremely limited seating on the field. All spectators need to enter the grandstands through the gates. The field will be closed when it reaches the capacity set for the event.

Field seating safety rules:
No sparklers
Only water bottles are allowed.
No other beverages, food or gum.
