The Circleville Pumpkin Show features all things pumpkin. Pumpkin beer, pumpkin pasties, pumpkin pies, and more. About 300 vendors of food, games and crafts are present at the event. An astonishing 23,000 pies are sold over the course of the four-day event. 

Country Apple Festival, Lebanon, OH

The country apple festival vendors are 100 percent from within a 30-mile radius and feature homemade crafts and apple dishes. If you're in the mood for candied apples, apple wine, and apple pies, come to Lebanon in September for a delicious treat. 

BeatleFest, Kent, OH

Who doesn't love Liverpool's Fab Four? If you want to spend the day enjoying live bands playing classic Beatles tunes, come to Kent and experience the British Invasion all over again. 

Maple Syrup Festival, Oxford, OH

Every March, people gather to celebrate delicious maple syrup at Hueston Woods State Park in Oxford. Indulge in a delicious pancake breakfast at the Hueston Woods Lodge and then take a tour of the local pioneer homestead to learn how Maple Syrup is made. Part of that tour will even take you on a hayride through the woods, so you can really see where syrup comes from.

Let's admit something: Bacon is the greatest food in the world and probably the greatest creation man has ever invented. So why not take the whole day to celebrate it in all its forms in September in the Columbus Commons? Chocolate-covered bacon, candied bacon, apple bacon, pork, beef, and turkey bacon. Strawberry Festival, Troy, OH

For over 40 years, Troy has been celebrating nature's most delicious berry, the strawberry. Come watch the children's big wheel race, or listen to live music as you enjoy fresh strawberries, strawberry lemonade, strawberry donuts, strawberry pie, and more. 

Celtic Festival, Dayton, OH

St. Patrick's Day isn't the only day you can celebrate the Irish. At the end of July, you can come listen to popular Celtic rock bands, or listen to classical Irish ballads.
